Costs
The Virtual Fax feature must be ordered together with a Local or Toll Free number to work. The costs for fax online are identical with the costs for voice numbers, it depends on how fast the fax is transmitted (e.g. a 4 pages fax that takes 2 minutes to be transmitted will be billed for 2 minutes, not for the number of pages).

How can I send and receive faxes online?

You can send and receive faxes using your Fax Number provided by VoiceMailTel and your email account.

How can I send faxes through email?

Send your faxes to sendfax@voicemailtel.com. In the “Subject” field enter the number you want your faxes to reach.

Will I be notified of new faxes ?

Yes, you will be notified by email. A notification will be sent at the address you used to send the fax.

Which document formats are accepted for fax?

.pdf and .tif formats are accepted only.
